Our Services / Recovery Housing, Isabella House (women)
1205 East Isabella Rd (M20)
Midland, MI 48640
Isabella House is a beautiful home on a former horse farm on M-20 in Homer Township. The housing property backs up to 12 acres of woods creating a very serene living environment. The property was purchased by Ten16 Recovery Network when chosen as the site for the new residential treatment facility which was completed and opened in December 2011. The vacant farm house was repurposed for sober living for women.
Thanks to a grant through the USDA’s Rural Development Division and the generosity many local organizations and individuals in the community, Isabella House is undergoing an interior facelift, a new HVAC system and a new roof to prepare it for its new life as a recovery house. Renovation was completed in early 2013 and the house was opened for sober living in May 2013.
Just 4 miles west of downtown Midland, Isabella House offers the serenity of country living, with all the amenities of Midland close by. There are 2 weekly 12 step meetings at the Ten16 Residential Treatment facility next door.
Isabella House has a capacity of 7 women who equally share the expenses of the house.
