Ten Sixteen also accepts State funded health plans including Medicaid, Adult Benefit Waiver and MIChild. The agency receives funding from the State to cover most of the cost of treatment if the client has limited resources. There are income and residency requirements. In addition, Ten Sixteen does have a sliding fee scale available for treatment services. It does not apply to the education classes, drug testing or evaluations.
